Our New P Plater
Yep our Nick went for his test this week and passed so now is officially a P plater on the road. So proud of him. It's the day I've been looking forward to AND dreading all at the same time. I'll admit that after he drove out of our driveway alone I was quietly having a mild panic attack! LOL Those of you on facebook will know what I mean, my hands were literally shaking for a good 20 minutes after he left. The feeling of watching your little chick flying solo like that is beyond words, seriously, it hit me hard. You spend your whole life protecting them and then they go and get their licence! Of course he arrived home safe n sound in one piece as you'd expect. Nick is a good driver, a sensible kid but sometimes those mumma nerves do get the better of me.

Thanks honey I will tell him for sure, well I would but of course he's taken the car out so he could drive over to see his Emmy! LOL
Yikes! Hasn't he grown up Chrissy! and driving!!!! That already scares me and I have years to go (not that many years DS#1 says!)
Of all our kids our youngest is the one *dying* to get his Ps...thank goodness I still have almost a year before he can get his learners... :O
